samadhi
[Skt
samadhi contemplation, lit. 'a putting together, joining'.] Hinduism
& Buddhism. 1 The state of union with creation into which a
perfected yogi or holy man is said to pass at the time of apparent death. 2 A
state of intense concentration induced by meditation, in which union with
creation is attained; the last stage of yoga. Our
Comments: It is ultimate experience of spirituality. The founder heads of all religions dived into depth of inner space and found a wonderful experience. They use different terminologies like kingdom of God, Vaikuntha, Go Loka, Godhead, etc. All founder heads have told same thing. How freedom - Moksha is achieved with samadhi?Samadhi is actually an experience of death before death. When the person who does not know samadhi, faces the death normally becomes unconscious. Guruji observed hundred cases of dieing persons at civil hospital, Ahmedabad and found out that when death comes to a person he revisit all his memory of this life and past lives. Guruji authored a book "Mrutyu ni Aarpar 1-4" discussing all his findings. Based on his karmas (imprints in subconscious mind), he is given opportunity for next rebirth. He is the decider of his next rebirth. But he has no control over those moments and becomes most honest! So he selects the next rebirth according to his karmas. But if a person knows samadhi, he can daily have an experience of this death. So there is no question of becoming unconscious for him at the time of actual death. And he is already a master of his existence of subtler bodies and subconscious mind. So such person's karma are not formed at all or do not bind him! Such person having regular practice of samadhi knows very about death. So not only he is able to monitor his death, but also is able to facilitate other person's death in good directions. So he remains awakened when death comes to him. For him death is like wearing another body by living current body. If he wishes the next birth, then he leaves his current body with complete awareness and deciding about next rebirth where and when. But if his work is over in the world, the God inspires him for freedom. So he may declare before his nirvana, calls people and then meets to nirvana. Guruji discussed in much detailed in book "Across the Death" what happened to his subtler bodies after his nirvana. |
