Guruji says, "Practical jnana (knowledge) is obtained not by reading, listening to gurus, logical thinking or any system based on beliefs. But practical insight, the knowledge is achieved by true understanding, implementation of real concepts in life, and regular scientific yogic sadhana consisting of purifying yogic exercises, meditation with open mind."

How to use this website?

The main problem with science of spirituality is the science of inner journey. So the theoretical concepts without practical experience becomes obstacles in your way. So nowadays scientific approach is seen this field. But there is lot of non-scientific spiritual literature which misguides you in this journey. Narsinh a poet of "Vaishanav jana to tene re kahiye..." told , " Scriptures made blunders; Did not tell the true thing." He wasted much time after scriptures. But he got truth by another way. So he blamed scriptures as resources of blunders. But other poet Akho who is non for his critics to religions told, "Blind head (father-in-law) and veiled subordinate (daughter-in-law), went all to listen to discourse; Have been told something and understood something different! Rubbed the eye-salve to Cheeks."

Even God comes to earth and tells you about truth you will not understand with your present level of development of consciousness. So the nature-God stored this knowledge in natural universal space. So there are lots of examples of illiterate saints who experienced the truth and became the guru of literate disciples. Less you have theoretical knowledge and more practical perseverance, you get this knowledge faster. 

So how to use this website?

When you go to alive guru, he knows you and speaks according to your level. The Lord Buddha replied different answers to three different persons for the same question in a single day! That is why , you should go to live guru regularly.

But the website or books are dead repository of knowledge. So you have to be careful while using this website. You should be clear about your practical knowledge. You should be clear how much you practically know and how much you theoretically know. If you are honest to yourself, you will be able to use website or books. So use theoretical knowledge as  a benchmarking test for your practical knowledge. The theory is only able to guide where are you and where you may be able to go. Otherwise God bless you. Theoretical knowledge is like a tonic filled in a bottle. The bottle is not strengthen by the tonic filled in it. This tonic is helpful if it is taken in an appropriate way.

There are some benchmarks in spiritual sadhana given by guruji. This benchmarks are known by lots of our disciples - sadhakas.

• Guruji told, "Do not talk about our ancient rich heritage, Talk about what you have preserved or what you can do by yourself. Do not believe gurus or religions. Do yourself. Discover the truth by yourself."
• One day suddenly, you come to know that you are in natural witnessing state - sakshibhava. You know also thoughtless state simultaneously.
• Thoughtless state is first step of yoga.
• Natural Thoughtless state is only the meditation.
• No-mind state, Beyond mind , thoughtless state, witnessing - sakshibhava, egoless state, meditation are closely related with each other. If one occurs, others also occur and vice versa. If you know any of this things, you can know all other related state.
• When you have vision for prana molecules, prana body, astral body and causal body, you can see these respective bodies.
• When you practically have sense of vibrations of prana, you can diagnose and heal the patients. ( I amaze why several so-called gurus are not having healing power. Even lots of our disciple - sadhakas are having this power.) 
• When you have practical knowledge of 4th causal body, you can perform shaktipat. You practically know and see the kundalini, chakras and nadis. So the guru who knows shaktipat should only talk about fourth causal body, kundalini, chakras, etc. Otherwise there are lots of gurus who talks untrue theories.
• When you can come out of your physical body, you know you are different from your body. Now your body is only a cloth for you. This is told in Gita by Krishna that soul changes bodies like clothes in every rebirth.
