Witnessingness : The State of Being Witness Part 1-3
The fear, which is main impurity of mind is detailed well. The human mind is super computer gifted by God. In which the imprints of thoughts are stored. And new thoughts are stored with every breath. If these accumulating imprints are transformed, then every imprint can be transformed into well-will (sankalpa). The thought science has been clarified by explaining very simple method by directly using the enemies like imprint-thoughts stored in mind as stepping stone for self-realization practically. Concepts covered are : self-realization, thoughtless state, subconscious mind, positive thinking, fearlessness, hell-heaven. Anand
§
Realization of
consciousness is beyond words. It is beyond intelligence. It cannot be described
with speech. If you try to describe by using mind, it is distorted. §
For inner
development, the things which are listened to, should be meditated upon and
considered thoroughly and should be implemented for experience. §
The commandments
from the astral world come in the form of intuitions. The intuitions occurring
in an impure mind are wrong which may be proved suicidal. Firstly, purify mind,
then after take intuitions as Godly commandment, and follow it. §
All live animals
are having kundalini. And they also have sixth sense. Among them, the man has
mind, intelligence and speech. Except man others do not have speech. But all
animals’ sixth sense is developed one. §
Chanting is a
device to make mind standstill. It should not be the target. To make mind
thoughtless, chanting is not required. §
Chanting,
rituals, puja, which are done using mind, are not useful for self-realization.
The self-realization becomes possible only by going beyond mind. So all these
vidhis - devices are non-devices or non-vidhis. §
The form of soul
is pleasure-form. By going away from it, we are confused in duality of happiness
and sorrows. So, to be stable in original form is called to be in Sat-Chit-Anand-form. §
Change the
approach to live life. Live life with positive approach. Always think positive.
Every negative thought is a seed for bringing unhappiness to life. So do not sow
the seeds of sorrows. Enjoy the sorrows coming to you like a happy crow. §
Do not think for
suicide even by mistake, otherwise during this birth or next birth, you will
have to commit suicide. Chapter 2
Mind the cause of bond and salvation.
§
Mind has three
parts. (1) Conscious (2)
Sub-conscious (3) Super-conscious
mind. §
Every thought of
a person is imprinted in his sub-conscious mind. Whatever he observes,
experiences, it is stored to sub-conscious mind. And when proper circumstances
come, it comes out with intensive force. And imagination is materialized. So
sub-conscious mind should be sent only positive thoughts (positive imprints). §
Super-conscious
mind is the divine mind, Godly mind. In which the programme for whole life has
already been recorded. This is the divine plan. This is only the destiny or the
fortune. And life has to be lived accordingly. §
By knowing
destiny, by living life accordingly, one will never be unhappy. One will be
always successful. For this you should pray that, “O, Paramkrupalu-merciful
God, let it happen to my life that whatever you desire, may only happen. Do not
let anything happen as per my will. My understanding is very less. Please remove
doubts, worries, enmities imprinted in my sub-conscious mind. And let the divine
plan be realized. Please do not let my mad desires be realized. §
Doubt is a big
enemy of man. Doubt is created from fear. So fear is biggest enemy of man. §
For being a
successful person, one should assign the work of fighting for life to
super-conscious mind. And by becoming light, by having faith and confidence in
God, one should live life. Then only true happiness, satisfaction and pleaser
will come. Learn to offer all burdens to God. §
know the power
of word. Your words only create your future. Remove hopelessness. The blind
faith, superstition created from hopelessness kills man. §
Dislike, enmity
towards others creates skin diseases. §
The persons who
criticizes others suffer from rheumatisms. The inconsistent and
critiquing thoughts gathers toxic mother in bloods brings rheumatisms. §
Those who hoard,
suffers from abdominal diseases. §
Those who hate
eyes loose eyes. §
So have well-
wish towards other. And if you love others, then you will be disease-less
healthy and enemy-less. §
To increase
intuition pray to destiny, “hey, lord, show me the way. Please tell whatever I
have to do”. §
If you give
others, give with love and well- wishes. So you will get ten-times of that.
By hoarding abdominal diseases will increase love love will be replyed.
The whole world will love you. Whatever comes to our context, gives us
knowledge. So we should always remember that have is no enemy no one is a
friend. Every person who meets us is the guru only. So we should always be
full-of effort to acquire knowledge. Chapter
3
Think
before you think:
§
The
sub-conscious mind is very powerful. All achievements (siddhis) of yoga are
stored in sub-conscious mind. §
When you will
become introvert, the development of consciousness becomes very fast. True
happiness is nowhere in the world. It is only insides ourselves. So dive into
depth inner space. §
If you try to
make mind stand- still or static, it will become move dynamic. The nature of
mind is dynamic-vibrant. The mind has only two types of thoughts. It likes, and
it does not like (like-dislike). Which we all raag (like) and dvesha (dislike)
respectively. This like-dislike binds the man to the bond of karma. §
Sub-conscious
mind is astral. It accompanies with jiva (spirit) in every birth. So raag dvesha
accompanies in every rebirth. To become free from it sakshibhav (state of
witnessing) is one and only device. §
By seeing the
thought by being witness to it, this thought goes to invite space. And we can
become free from the bond of karma. §
Without being
trapped in the fascination of scriptures and words, by only the experience of
self-realization, one can become jnani-realized one. Realization is the nature
of soul only. Which is not felt be listening saints to or by reading scriptures. §
Whatever the man
sows, the same he ripes only. One who criticizes, one who lies, one who
deceives, one who hates others. People also criticizes, likes to him. He is
deceived and hated by people. Love and receive loved. Give and receive. §
Cultivate
imagination- power positively. And play the games and life happily. Chapter 4
The
key to happiness.
§
Look to every
one as a guru. Every one teaches something. No one is enemy. No one is friend. §
In marriage
life, after being complementary to each other the love should flow from heart.
And love is absolute, free from desires. It is motiveless. After starting of
flowing, it flows from oneself without any external medium. §
The money should
be flowing. It should be used for good objective. If power and wealth become
stagnant, they decays and start stinking. Know how to use wealth with love for
proper events. The money, which ever spent by having pleasure, by happiness and
by fearlessness, that money open the gate of divine treasure. This is only
spiritual approach towards money. The bank of God never becomes indebted. §
The stagnant
wealth will bring unpredicted problems, diseases. §
If you want to
become owner of fixed-assets, then love the world. So that is owner the God will
give a lot. So do love the world as your lungs may burst. Do desire-less love.
Love other person by forgetting the past. §
The body never
suffers from diseases. The cause of all diseases is the impurities stored in
mind such as likes, dislikes, anger, greed, enchantment, etc. more the
impurities more are the diseases. §
Do not make your
sorrows public by beating dreams. Do not have pride of sorrows. For getting
sympathy of people, do not recognize yourself as unhappy. Then you will be
really unhappy. §
By doing
negative thoughts towards our child by worrying for child, the child always
suffers from sickness. The mother’s thought is promptly grasped by child and
realized. §
For happiness,
the mother should heartily pray God, “O Lord, my children are in your hands.
These children are yours only. I am only a trusty, only a guardian. The
responsibility of caring children is yours only. I am offering these children in
your hands.” §
Visualize a
clear picture of your desire on your mental- space. Then stick to it. Then try
to get hints for it. Whatever you are searching, it also trying to search you.
Only, let the circumstances arise, for that try to understand and catch
intuitions. Understand the divine plan. Do not bury divine plan under
intelligent skills. Be free from ego bounded by intelligence. The destiny is
with you only. §
Good-evil,
advantage-disadvantage, auspicious-inauspicious arises from imagination of the
man. When the mental imagination of evil, inauspicious, disadvantage comes the
feeling of objecting comes. So duality accompanies. False pictures arise and
then materialized. §
External adverse
situation is only echo of our internal adverse situation. By accepting situation
with sakshibhav, it becomes favourable to us. §
The acceptance
of situation should be counted as an acceptance of the grace of God. §
Others’ faults
are seen, if and only if we have same faults within us. §
Learn to live in
present tense totally. §
Mind is like
water dirtied by heavily shaking of raag-dvesha. As to purify water, it is kept
non-stirred without doing anything. Similarly, to purify mind, observe thoughts
by witnessing without doing anything. The mind will be calmed automatically. §
By doubting,
negative result comes. The desire may be for success, and mentally you may be
preparing for failure. Then how can a good result come? Have confidence, all
will be good. §
Have at least
one person in your life, who has full confidence in you. And he always desires
your success. With this, you will climb the ladder of success quickly. Chapter – 5
Fear
§
Our main form is
pleasure-form. The origin of all activities of w0rld is pleasure. So we should
feel and experience this pleasure. §
Jnani man (
realized one) performs work well by being non-doer, by united with activity. Let
the godly power utilize your bodily device. In this you are
not concerned at all. Chant this
continuously. Then no bond of body or mind will be applied to you. You
will be free from bond of karma. §
By troubling
body with suppression, by troubling with rules & bonds, §
( by remembering
rules more than God), to desire to get God is more foolishness. §
These
is only the joint game of your ego and mind. Until these both ( ego &
mind) exits, till then the God will run away from you. §
Whenever your
confidence on your ego will go away, whenever you will become support less, will
become disheartened, if in such time it you pray by total body-mind, the God
will surely mean you. §
By witnessing
good-bad thoughts, the motion of mind will be slow. The thought mean
mind only. That means where there is thought there is mind. §
The mind is
thoughtless during the gap between thoughts coming one-by-one. And in this
thoughtless gap, there is a possibility of self-realization. By increasing this
gap, the possibility increase and for these, by witness thought by observing the
motion is mind this gap starts increasing. The process to witness thought is the
only meditation. §
The four
inner-sense of inner mind is called four fold inner-space ( Antakaran
chatushtaya), these are mana-mind, budhi- intelligence, chit-calm-state
Ahankara- ego. §
When inner-
space commit thoughts, it is mind. this mind for advantage- disadvantage uses
logic, then it is called budhi- intelligence. The calm- state of mind is called
chita. When man has an ego for his power, it is called ego- Ahankara.
Pure mind is called chita. The mind full of the garbage like raag, dvesh is
called sick mind ( Asvastha). While pure mind is called healthy mind ( svastha).
In pure mind, the divine light ( prjya prakash)
descends. So mind becomes simple,
the chit in which dirty garbage does not enter. §
Fear is the
worst impurity of mind. fear exits in all live beings. §
Those who ever
has a feeling of bond, desires for salvation. The soul is free, non-attached. So
soul has no salvation. §
The cause of
fear is selfishness and sins. §
The cause of
fear is inferiority complex. §
The
fear only blocks the
development of a person. §
Fear increases
if you run away from fear. Chapter – 6
The key to freedom from fear.
§
By removing off
the thought of fear, we can be free from fear. |
